Preferably Female. Luxury apartment. My Apartment incorporates sleek design, modern fixtures. Located just south of Dallas, in Waxahachie TX. Small, cozy community, Gated, Resort-style pool, Cabana grill house, 24/7 gym facility, Luxury clubhouse with community lounge. You will have your own private Room/Bathroom. W/D in Unit. I do have a 2yr who i have almost everyday Daughter but she doesn't spend the night. I work 7A-4P Sometimes to 10P. Down to earth Sports movies shows.
