Summary
Fully furnished with wifi and preferably separate bathroom but not a problem. If anything needs to be done around the premises such as snow removal i do not have a problem with taking care of chore and chopping wood if needed to work pay off witb the rent. Utilities should be included and 0ets are not a problem. I will consider all types of places since I am looking to find a place asap. I csn give 1st mnth and deposit plus 3 months in advance for rent if acceptable.
