I own a beautiful, large home in a quiet, safe and attractive east Ft. Worth neighborhood. The home is of brick construction and sits on a very large lot. Large front and back yards with many trees and large swimming pool. Interested parties must be very neat/tidy, reliable, trustworthy and honest. I prefer female roommates but certainly would entertain male roommate if there is a good match. The rent is $550 plus 1/3 of utilities. Smoking will not be allowed indoors. I'm easy to get along with.
