I'm a 31yr old looking to save some money. I've been in my current apt downtown for almost 2 years. My current lease is up on Aug 18th and the increase in rent this year just isnt worth it. So, I figured I would look to see what is available in the way of roommates around here. I consider myself to be fairly normal (whatever that is). I'm more neat and clean than not. I work banker's hours. Have all the household stuff (if needed), but am fully prepared to just pack it up and store it. I smoke,
