Im a straight single male looking for a female roommate im am a beach goer and like to ride my motorcycle. I like to keep it quiet around the house and dont want overnight guests. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood the room has it own bath and everything is included for the 500.00 there is a 200.00 dollar security deposit and the room has its own satellite tv hook up washer and dryer at house. I have no pets and don't want any. Must have a job and pay rent on time.
