I own a nice home in Hotsprings village,AR. It’s a 3 bedroom and two full bath. I only use one bedroom. The bedroom for rent is fully furnished with connecting bathroom. Use of the family room , kitchen, laundry, and covered deck is included. All cable and internet is included. $450.00 a month. Only non smokers, non drugs, and little alcohol accepted. I’m very easy going, 56 year old Christian male. Seeking a responsible adult.
