Room is a little over 10x10, just by eyeballing, with a decent private closet, comes with a cheap twin and some second hand furniture. Kitchen and bathroom are in good condition, living room isn't fully furnished yet. I work full-time in first shift, so weekday quiet hours start at 10, and guests are only allowed on weekends unless you ask nicely in advance
