My name is Beau, and I'm looking for a place for myself, a 25 year old female, and her 10 year old daughter. I am employed full time with my own transportation. She is a former shipyard worker currently looking for work and has her own transportation. We don't smoke, and drink rarely. Her daughter is extremely well behaved.
