I'm looking to rent a room in sherman, Texas. The closer to downtown the better. I currently work 2 jobs 8am- 5pm and 6pm- 2am. So I'm not home often. I do have a child theat would be there once or twice a month. I'm very relaxed, no drugs, no criminal record and rarely drink.
