I'm looking for a room or a basement to rent. It would be nice if the utilities were included in the rent. I do have a full time job in Saint James. I have been working there for 9 months now. I'm respectful and considerate of others. I'm not loud, I enjoy the relaxation that comes from being quiet. I like to keep my place clean and smelling good. I go to the gym and I go to work and church. I'm a simple guy and I just would like to keep my living cheap.
