I'm easy going, health-oriented, financially and emotionally stable, respectful, dependable, and prefer a very pleasant and comfortable home. I want a roommate that has similar values. My job requires that I travel to client sites out of town Mon - Fri most weeks. I can easily afford a place on my own, but it would be somewhat of a waste being vacant most of the time. Why not save a lot of money by sharing? I prefer quiet during my sleeping hours which may vary but are generally 11pm - 7am.
