This is a cute brick duplex in Shandon near USC and Five Points. I am moving out because I am getting married and I am looking for a graduate student or young professional to move in with my roommate and sublease from me. She is a wonderful roommate and a graduate student at USC. She is fun and respectful of you and your property. Some of the apartment will be furnished but the bedroom will not. The current lease will expire in December but, to the best of my knowledge, can be renewed then.
