I have a 3/2.5 two story . I would occupy the two smaller rooms giving you the extra large upstairs master w bath and walk in closet. I have two dogs who are friendly and cuddly. Fenced small backyard, dog park in walking distance. I've been in the Army for 9 years and will only accept a roommate in the military. I have a one year old who goes to sleep around 8 pm so the house is a little more quiet around the evenings but the downstairs is open to socialize. Full washer dryer , all bills paid .
