Summary
So I lived in the area for 13 years and went on a long project in ohio for 2 years. I put my things in storage instead of paying for an unoccupied house. Well the project is finished and I'm moving back to the area. I have worked for the same company for 10 years, and also have references from past landlords. This is temporary while I search for a house to rent. I travel extensively for work from days-months for so most of the time in not even in the area.
