Recently returned to college and I need a place to live, preference to something close to USC. Prefer to live with girls, as they tend to be cleaner. Thats all I have lived with for the past 4 years. I'm very easy going, and easy to get along with. I need time to study, but need to let loose from time to time with friends. I will try to keep any craziness outside of the house. Hope this fits someone out there.
