I have a five bedroom house that my dog and I ended up with so my stepson and his wife could have a chance at a good home, unfortunately they flaked and I ended up here by myself. I'm a disabled veteran who spends most of my free time doing service work and our jobs here and there. The house is too big so I have been contemplating renting a room out to help offset the bills. Seeking clean safe respectful internet and utilities included and willing to negotiate or work with someone on rent.
