I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 3rd floor condo in Palm Coast. It's right on the Intracoastal and has all the usual amenities of a guard-gated community (pool / exercise room, etc.). Wooded area with bike and hiking trails, yet close to I-95 and shops. You would have your own room and bath. There is a screened balcony for smoking outside. The rent is $450 a month. Water, sewage and basic cable included. Electric is shared.
