Summary
Looking for a safe, ideally furnished, room to call "home" for about a year. I am moving to the Long Beach area per my job. I will be leaving my girlfriend behind during this adventure, and we will make the long distance thing work until my contract expires (roughly two years). With that said, I would therefore prefer to room with a male, but this is not set in stone. If the situation is right, it's right. Thanks!
