We are a young family... we have a mini zoo so no more animals please... if you have a small caged animal that is considerable... we are looking for someone with similar interests... we want to be comfortable... our son is 3 so kid friendly only... no smoking inside... although we are 420 friendly at bedtime... would prefer a single roommate although if you have a small child this is ok... couple ok with more rent... first, last and deposit... deposit can be split on your first 2 months!
