I'm Bailey, I'm looking for a not too loud roommate and rent under $500. I don't mind if you have people over a few times a week, and prefer quiet before 10 pm on school nights unless you asked and I said it was OK. I prefer not having people over all the time, but will make exceptions for a significant other. I am very laid back and chill, don;t seek confrontation or conflict. I am clean in shared areas and will do my dishes within a day.
