The room is 20'x20, spacious closet- large enough to fit a king bed or queen/full with furniture and it’s own bathroom. Details: - The house is a part of a complex, so snow clearing, maintenance, garbage, etc, is all taken care of. Complex pool is open in the summer. - Washer/dryer in complex, 30 second walk from our door - Central air/heat throughout - Entire house is hardwood flooring - Quiet area, but quick 5 minute uber/drive to the Green for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, farmers market, train station, etc. - 5 minute drive to Morristown Medical - 3 grocery stores within 5 minute distance - Plenty of off-street parking spots right across from our door - Monthly utilities typically range from $35-75 (per person) - Spacious kitchen with pantry and living/dining space with plenty of space to have people over
