Summary

I am a single male who is looking for a room to rent with a male or female. I am clean and tidy. I do not smoke. I drink socially. I am responsible especially when it comes to rent, I can provide landlords number for verification. I am looking to cut down on living costs so I can better manage my money. I am always out and about. I have a dog however my sister can take her if it would be an issue. I am respectful of other peoples space and request the same. I have a job as an assistant manager.
