Summary

I'm a 24 yr. old second semester grad student at USC. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I'm looking for a house/apartment within easy driving distance to campus. I've never been late with rent and I'm pretty good about doing my share of any household chores, assuming they are divided equally. I like to go out on the weekends. I'd want to get a high-speed internet service at the place I live, but I can live with or without cable tv and home phone.
