$1275-3 bed/2 bath apt in Springfield, MO. My roommate & I are looking for a 3rd roommate because our initial person fell through. We have a 10'7"x11' bedroom available w/ a private bathroom. The place is unfurnished but is provided with tv, wifi, AC, heating, parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Person must be responsible for their portion of gas, electric, and wifi (not included in monthly rent). We are both college students looking for someone who is fun, easygoing, clean & trustworthy.
