I'm a ULM student, looking for roommate to move in preferably on August 9th. I have a place I'm planning to move into. It's a 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse at University Manor, walking distance to ULM. Storage closet outside, stove, washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. $775/month or $387.50/person/month, except for August since we would be moving in late. August is only $568, or $284/person.
