About this household

I'm only renting one of my two rooms available. One has a larger closet and an extra window, but they're both about the same size. The larger closet is not shelved. Your own bathroom. Nothing special, although everything is newly painted and recarpeted. I will take care of the rest of the house and turn the extra room Into something pet related. Like cat trees and stuff... I need someone respectful. I smoke outside. There's a deck. Pets allowed. I have a dog and three cats. And a snake.
