I'm Female and have no prefrence on roomate age or gender. I work usually in the morning, have no problems with helping with chores. I also am non prejudiced against race/sexual orintation. I have a small dog male and fixed hes house broken and very calm, can be an outside dog if preferd, little to no barking. I'm a heavy reader so I don't get out much so no heavy foot trfic of friends or other, I have no problemwith others who are socially inclined.
