First and last months rent due at move in however if need be last months rent can be split into two payments of $250. Rent includes: Rent, Electric, Water, Trash pickup and internet. Pets allowed, no vicious animals please as there are other small pets on premises. Property has large fenced in backyard and tenants are asked to work together to manintain the yard as well as clean up behind themselves inside and outside. NO smoking inside, outside is ok. Must pass background check.
