My roommate is moving and I'd like to stay in my current apartment. I'm on High Street in the Short North above some stores between 1st and 2nd Ave. The rent is $725 per month split two ways, the utilities run about $80-$100 per person per month - I've been getting cable free all year, so I'm hoping that will keep up. The open room overlooks High Street, and it's very good sized. All you would need is bedroom furniture - I have living room furniture, plenty of kitchen items.
