I have a bedroom avail in VA Beach in the chic's beach are. Queen bed included. Used only as guest bed for 2 yrs. Just bought a 3 inch topper for it. It's a 2 story duplex. Please no pets. I have 2 Jack Russells who stay with me every other weekend. I'm very close to the little creek base, restaurants n beaches. Rent incl. all utilities. Use of whole house also. W/D in unit, shared up stairs bath. Never been an issue in the past. I'm very easy going,clean n respectful. Looking for same.
