Looking for someone to sublet one bedroom starting next week. It's a 2 bdrm furnished house with 1.5 bathrooms; you will have one roommate who is rarely at home. We are on the corner of College and Forest Ave in Cdale. My roommate and I will be happy to Zoom a conversation before meeting in person. Pets are ok, and smokers welcome.
