3bd 2.5bth condo/end unit front porch looks to wild life preserve. own bed/bath. 1 shared garage space with close street parking. room unfurnished but i have a spare bed if you need one. full house priveledges. i am on the clean/neater side and expect same for common areas. not a regular party house but will have one every now and then. house has light traffic from friends/family.
