I am looking to relocate to TX on June 29th I am 47, divorced, trying to rebuild and start over fresh. I am looking for a room in a nice neighborhood in Carrollton, Richardson or Addison, long term or temporary place. There are several job offers that I have applied to in the Carrollton, Addison and Richardson area. The most I can afford at this time is between $250-350 a month. I am open to other arrangements willing to trade rent for work or services until I find a job.
