The room is above average size w/shared bathroom w/1 girl .we are very chill yet fun girls (22 and 24). I have an indoor cat who lives in my room since i have the master. she is 16 and de-clawed. doesn't pose much a threat. its a neighborhood setting, quite yet when we have people over we never get complaints. everyone is super laid back. we also have 2 fridges so there is plenty of room for food and drinks. and our landlord is young and laid back as well.
