Summary
I'm moving to Waverly, NY to relocate for a job. I am from the Rochester, NY area and am sort of starting over for this job in a place where I don't know anyone. I'm a pretty easy-going person and would love a roommate who was the same. Ideally an apartment would have a decent kitchen, living area, and air conditioning. As a college graduate I am no longer really in the party stage of life, but am open to roommates of any lifestyle.
