I'm a Northern California girl looking to move to the Long Beach area in January to go to work and attend school. What I look for in a roommate is someone who has little to no drama is flexable and pays rent and bills on time. I don't need a best friend out of a roommate but its nice to get along and maybe hang out, make dinner, and have drinks here and there. I don't expect to have someone who is clean all the time but someone who respects the common areas.
