We are looking for a third roommate to move in the first of April! We both love the beach, coffee and movies. We are not that social but we like to have a few friends over and we do have two kittens (about three months old). Your share of rent is $486 ($1459- total), $85 total for internet (we have Hargray basic cable), and average electric is $130 ( but can vary), and we split everything in three like groceries. The apartment is in Avalon shores, you will have own bedroom and shared bathroom.
