Retired gentleman seeks either a female, or a gay or bi male housemate.I have a 3 bdrm home on 2 wooded acres in the country. Nice home with plenty of room. $325/month & little help with utilities. I've had female roomates in the past and there was never a problem. I am always a gentleman and your wishes will always be respected.
