I have a love of chicken nuggets, netflix, horrible horror movies, cooking, hiking, camping, art, spontaneous adventures, and chilling. I am a bit of a homebody, but I like having others over The rental is an extremely nice, clean, floor level apartment. It has a patio, AC, pool, cable, refurnished kitchen, laundry in the building and more.Bills: (we'd split in half) $30-40 every 3 months f0r water and electric (controls heat also) is about $40-50 in the summer and $80-100 in the dead of winter
