Furnished master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub. Friendly dog (30+ lbs) welcome! Internet and utilities included. Large backyard for a dog to run and play. Driveway parking. Must work outside of the home, be neat, outside smoking ok. Neighborhood has a pool and a boat ramp. Use of kayaks included in rent! I work from home but am out of town often. I have one Australian Shepherd who would love a friendly dog to play with. Med/large dogs 30+ lbs welcome.
