Hey! Im a 24F who currently works in the non profit world. I recently bought a condo in the Coolidge Corner area. It’s a two bedroom and Im looking for a roomie to rent the 2nd bedroom. Im fun, friendly and clean and am looking for the same. The apt complex (The Armory House)is a luxury building that has a roofdeck swimming pool, AC,exercise room, laundry in the floor below us, balcony and is a 5-7 min walk to the Green C line! I was hoping to get a small dog as well so dog friendly preferred
