My name is Bryan, and I am a 53 yo male who is employed as a librarian at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC. I am handicapped and just had a total hip reconstruction of my right hip. I own a scooter, and also use a walker. I am quiet, thoughtful, and keep to myself. Being handicapped, I have difficulty walking short distances, and am looking for an apartment either on the first floor or located in a building with elevators.
