Summary
I'm a new home owner looking for a couple roommates. I have a five year old daughter on the weekends so I'm looking for someone who is ok with kids and I have a dog that is very friendly with humans but doesn't really get along with other dogs or cats but she did live with cats before so I'm fine with other pets as long as it's understood there will have to be an adjustment period. I'm a non smoker so I prefer that smoking or vaping of any kind be outside.
