Single white male. Quiet and private but compatible in most social situations. Work long hours. Looking for a relatively quiet place. Private bath preferred but not a deal-breaker. Also prefer a non-smoking household (unless everyone smokes outside). I also prefer a place with included utilities as I will not impact them very much. (Cable and internet can be split if needed). Need something arranged before the Memorial Day weekend if possible. Thanks!
