Im a sophomore student at VCU school of arts. I'm looking for a place that is nearby the VCU campus/ or near the Monroe park, because I don't own a car. I am looking for someone who is clean, not just clean once every 2 weeks-lol. Im looking for no dramatic people who have parties at the house all the time. I dont mind animals, just as long as they are potty trained. I'd like to live peacefully and respectfully. * stove, fridge, microwave, heat/ac, hot showers, washermachine/dryer, and clean ppl
