I'm an 18 year old guy looking to move out of parents house. I'm not particularly picky on the type of property, whether it be a house or an apartment, I may consider a mobile home. I'm not picky on the roommate either, as long as you're close to my age (18-20 something) and easy to get along with. I work evenings, but I'm pretty quiet while awake at night.
