The apartment is a one bedroom one bathroom. It has a spacious living room with a beautiful balcony that overlooks parts of the city. The kitchen is newly renovated and the bathroom is also. Utilities is included in the rent but cable/internet and electricty is not. Those are however, set up. I am relocating and am looking for someone to take my place on the lease. The only issue is that there is another girl still living in the apartment. If privacy is an issue living and bed can be partitioned
