The room is 13x12 with a big closet. The condo doesn't have central air, but it does have 3 AC unites, one in each bed room and one in the living room. I am on the second floor with a good size deck. I have a storage unit in the basement. Laundry is down there as well. Kitchen is new with a new stove and fridge, and a decent dishwasher. Living room is a great size, 19x13. I am looking for $600 (that is rent with cable and internet included) plus utlities. Utlities right now would be roughly $80.
