I'm a clean, fairly frugal SBL BM seeking to save money before I am relocated out west this winter. Seeking a cost effective unit not to exceed $500/month (all expenses included) Ideally, I am seeking a room in a studio, an apartment, a condo, or a room with private entrance from a family dwelling within walking distance to a MARTA station or near a major bus line that runs late and on the weekend. As for me, I am a SGL African-American male, in my 30's, I attend grad school and work part-time.
