My three older kids and I are buying a new construction home and have a room available to rent out. I am a teacher and we are very busy family. We're looking for somebody responsible who cleans up after themselves that does not mind living with two teenagers and almost middle schooler. The house: The rent includes all utilities, Internet, and cable. The home will be equipped with granite countertops, wood floors, and two living rooms.
